Tell Us What You Think: How Should Businesses Engage With Community?

Charlotte is growing at an unprecedented pace. Recent reports show that 120 people are moving to Charlotte each day.

Linkedin named Charlotte as one of the top 15 cities to launch your career. There is no question that much of this growth is fueled by next generation workers, attracted to the growing opportunity in our community. Millennial and Gen Z employees will help shape business and community life in Charlotte for years to come – and we want to know what you think about how business and the community should come together.

The Social Good Report: Purpose & Profit

In April 2021, Next Stage will publish The Social Good report to examine the ways nonprofits and the private sector are intersecting – and how younger workers want their companies to engage and create community impact.

If you are between the ages of 20-40 and live or work in the Charlotte metro area, we want to hear from you! Take this short survey to tell us how you think businesses should impact the community and how you expect to engage purpose & social good at work.

 Survey Details & Prizes

The survey will take about 10 minutes and will help represent how local Millennial and Gen Z workers want to engage social good in their career, their community and their purchases. Bonus –  as a thank you for participating, each survey-taker will have the opportunity at the end of the survey to opt in to a drawing for one of two $250 gift cards supporting local businesses in the Queen City – Enderly Coffee and Shelves Bookstore.
